Six Sentences on Sunday
O’Dell was intrigued by this man looking lonely and lost and giving the whiskey more attention than her. Although that hadn’t been the case minutes before when she thought he’d devour her right there on the bar.The loneliness she had a cure for—even though this wrangler had some rough edges that needed rubbing off. Sex seemed to be the cure for any man’s pain. He’d a couple days’ worth of dark stubble and a scowl that would scare children. A shave and a few hours with O’Dell and her special skills would put him right.
